We are sitting and talking. That's it.

 

I want to know as much about you as possible so I can help you navigate life from your perspective. In your journey, I may encourage you to observe, I may give you some scientifically researched information, and I will likely -gently, kindly, and with humor- tell you that you're wrong.

Then we'll make it better. 

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Your work with me will be a co-creation between your personality, your needs, and what I can offer. My work includes elements of Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Art Therapy.

My office provides a safe, serene, and non-distracting environment where we can sit, connect, and really dive into you. Virtual sessions can be just as impactful from the comfort of a safe and confidential location of your choice.

I will intentionally affirm your gender expression, sexuality, culture, religion, and race.
